Shipping Policy

In the meantime, I am one person working hard to fulfill your handmade item, please allow up to 1-5 business days to process your order before it is shipped. Keep in mind that business days are Monday-Friday, and they do not include weekends or holidays.

Allow up to 48 hours to obtain tracking information once your order has been shipped. The orders are shipped through either USPS or USP. Average delivery times are 2-5 business days, but it may be longer depending on the shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to this being a homemade skincare product, refunds WILL NOT be issued. Returns are also NOT accepted. All the sales made are final. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email celestialevergreenllc@gmail.com.
